FAQs
1. My television is wider than 120 cm. Can I use the TVmotions® bracket?
A. The specified width of up to 120 cm is a guideline. In some cases, it is also possible to mount an even wider television. This depends to a large extent on the back of your television.

2. According to the manufacturer, my television weighs more than 40 kg. Does this mean my TV cannot be mounted on the bracket?
A. The weight specified by the manufacturer often includes the weight of the base. This base must, however, be removed before mounting the television on the bracket. You can therefore subtract the weight of the base from the total weight of the television.

3. Is the bracket suitable for ceiling mounting?
A. The TVmotions® electrically adjustable bracket is not suitable for ceiling mounting and must therefore only be affixed to a vertical wall.

4. Can the bracket be mounted on a sloping ceiling wall?
A. No, unfortunately this is not possible. The electrically adjustable bracket must be affixed to a vertical wall.

5. How do I know if the bracket is suitable for my television?
A. Your television will be attached to the TVmotions® bracket by means of the mounting holes on the back of your TV. The location and dimensions of these mounting holes can be found in your TV's manual. Sizes of up to VESA 200 mm are supported as standard (for larger connections, see Question 6).

6. The mounting holes on the back of my television are further apart than VESA 200 mm. Does this mean my TV will not fit on the bracket?
A. The electrically adjustable TVmotions® bracket is designed to be used as standard with dimensions of up to VESA 200 mm. Televisions with a larger VESA size can often be mounted using the TVmotions® extension set. The dimensions of these mounting holes can be found in your TV's manual.
